Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located on-site in Jaipur at Dreamcast. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruiting, training, employee relations, and compliance. They will also develop HR policies, procedures, and strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, training, and employee relations
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the events industry is a plus
