Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Daily tasks will include developing HR policies and strategies, conducting interviews, managing employee benefits, resolving employee conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be expected to work closely with management to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policies
• Strong skills in Conflict Resolution, Communication, and Team Management
• Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related role
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
