Human Resources Manager

About the Role

This role involves overseeing all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development, to support a culture of excellence, integrity, and growth.

The ideal candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, capable of managing day-to-day HR operations while helping shape long-term organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and processes aligned with organizational objectives
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for staff, engineers, and site teams
• Drive performance management, goal setting, and annual appraisal cycles
• Maintain and update HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and compliance with statutory regulations (EPF, ESIC, etc.)
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement and training initiatives
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast manpower needs and support resource planning
• Manage contractual and site staff coordination in line with labor laws and safety standards
• Support leadership in organizational development and succession planning

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR management (preferably in manufacturing or infrastructure companies)
• Strong understanding of HR laws, statutory compliances, and modern HR practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (Tally HR, Zoho People, or similar)
