Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Malappuram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also handle conflict resolution and support managers with employee development and training initiatives.

• Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Skills in performance management, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits, payroll, and fostering a positive workplace culture
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
