We are currently seeking a hardworking, self-motivated, and knowledgeable Human Resource Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role that will help drive a positive company culture and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the implementation and ongoing compliance with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management).
• Assist in maintaining our ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) system in coordination with relevant departments.
• Lead and manage employee training and development programs.
• Drive employee motivation and build a strong, supportive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with company goals and legal requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and conflict resolution across teams.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with department heads to ensure workplace safety, performance, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 45001 and workplace health and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• A passion for creating a healthy and productive workplace.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
