Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager at Blix Education, you will be responsible for owning the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and exits. You will also need to set up and track KPIs and KRAs across departments to ensure every team member has clarity and direction. Additionally, you will plan and execute employee engagement activities such as monthly events, celebrations, and culture initiatives that keep energy high. It will be your responsibility to conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires to introduce them to the Blix way. Furthermore, you will maintain HR records and employee data in an organized and confidential manner. Your role will also involve supporting leadership with people insights to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance team wellbeing. You will act as the bridge between teams, management, and the external HR agency to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications required: - 25 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or SME environment. - Excellent communicator with strong organizational skills. - Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy building processes that are effective. - Genuine care for people and a passion for helping teams do their best work.
