We provide services in Architecture, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Quantity Take-off, Quality Estimation, Rendering Services, Virtual Reality, and Shop Drawings. Our work spans retail, healthcare, residential, and institutional projects, ensuring adherence to current BIM trends and local codes across various regions. Our team of highly qualified professionals manages projects from start to finish efficiently.

Role Description

This is a PART TIME, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad

Qualifications

Experience in recruitment, staffing, and talent acquisition
Skills in employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations
Knowledge of compliance, HR policies, and regulatory requirements
Emloyee engagement
Training, development, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and lead teams
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
