Human resources manager

• Training and Development:

    Identify training needs and develop and manage employee training programs to enhance skills and support career growth.   

• Compensation and Benefits:

    Administer salary and benefits programs, including health plans and retirement plans.

    Ensure all HR practices comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.   

• Policy Development:

    Create, implement, and ensure awareness of company policies and procedures.
