We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be people-focused, organized, and able to handle a wide range of HR functions to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities -Handle end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding. -Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws. -Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. -Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records. -Organize employee engagement activities and training programs. -Support performance review processes and career development plans. -Address employee queries and resolve workplace concerns. -Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. -Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an HR role. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. -Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
