Job Description

Location Overview: Join our team in Amanbagh. With its ancient forts and tiger-inhabited wilds, Rajasthan is renowned for its beauty, nowhere more concentrated than in the Aravalli Hills in the garden oasis that is Amanbagh. Once the staging area for royal tiger hunts, today the rose-hued cupolas and vaulted entrances of the resort's Mughal-inspired structures soar from the greenery – utterly peaceful and consummately private. Responsibilities Develop and implement a strategic HR plan across both properties in line with Aman’s business goals. Define and map competencies, create job descriptions, and manage performance evaluations in collaboration with Unit Heads and Heads of Departments. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including shortlisting, interview coordination and final selection. Facilitate structured onboarding, induction, and training programmes for all new joiners. Supervise administrative areas such as staff accommodation, transportation, uniform procurement and recreational activities. Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure timely HR reporting. Liaise with external stakeholders including legal teams, government authorities, contractors and service providers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
