Engage, Develop, Retain: Lead team engagement, learning initiatives, and well-being efforts to ensure every team member feels empowered and supported. Requirements: 6+ years of relevant experience, backed by a bachelors degree or equivalent. A well-loved HR or People-Ops professional with a history of building trust across teams. Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and passionate about enabling others to grow. Deep understanding of how to nurture a culture of collaboration, trust, and operational excellence. Meticulous attention to detail with a love for structure, whether organizing a workspace or refining a spreadsheet. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to negotiate when needed. Energetic, adaptable, and eager to take on multiple roles in a dynamic, growing team. Familiarity with budgeting and resource planning, paired with a scrappy, solutions-first mindset. Demonstrated discretion and reliability when handling confidential matters. Proven experience managing end-to-end People Ops functions, from strategy to execution.
