Role Overview: As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and general HR administration. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. - Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. - Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. - Support the onboarding process for new hires. - Prepare and organize orientation materials. - Assist in conducting orientation sessions. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Assist in preparing HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts. - Handle general HR inquiries and provide support to employees. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in resolving minor employee issues and conflicts. - Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualification Required: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
