Primary Responsibility:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative support. It's an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge and contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions
• Help in drafting HR policies, documents, and communication materials
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth HR operations
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager
