Job Summary:

HR Intern


Duration of Internship: 6 Months

Location: Mumbai Matunga Road

Work from Office

Paid Internship


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation.
  • Help organize HR events, engagement activities, and training sessions.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments for HR-related queries and tasks.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports.
  • Support performance management and feedback collection processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.


Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player.
