About Us:

Every two minutes, a woman dies from complications related to pregnancy and childbirth. More than 99% of these deaths occur in developing countries. We are passionate about social healthcare and are working with a vision to see the world where no mother and newborn dies during pregnancy period, birth & post delivery until the age of 5 years. We are working on innovative products to solve the grass root level problems related to maternal and child healthcare.

Human Resource Intern:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions and provides an opportunity for talented individuals to demonstrate their capabilities. Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for a full-time HR role.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Participate in interviews and assessments under the guidance of HR professionals.
  • Help maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
  • Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys and events.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of team-building activities.
  • HR Administration:
  • Assist with HR paperwork, data entry, and maintenance of employee records.
  • Support HR professionals in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor&aposs/Masters degree in Human Resources
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Google docs, sheets, slides etc
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
