Role Overview

HR Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage the

  full recruitment lifecycle

  for interns (from job posting to onboarding).
• Draft and publish internship openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Internshala, AngelList, etc.).
• Source and screen applicants through resumes and initial assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the founding team.
• Maintain candidate pipeline, track progress, and ensure smooth communication.
• Support onboarding of selected interns (docs, introductions, first-day checklists).
• Suggest and implement process improvements for hiring efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and startup culture.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks and fast-paced work.
• Students pursuing

  MBA/HR specialization

  or fresh graduates preferred, but not mandatory.
