Your Role :

- Assist in recruitment: job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.- Support the onboarding process for new team members.- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture events.- Prepare HR documents and reports, and provide admin support to the HR team.

Qualifications :

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.- Strong interest in human resources and people operations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented and highly organized. - Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Reliable internet access and laptop/PC.
