Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, HR management, and other day-to-day tasks associated with the role.

Qualifications

Experience with Human Resources (HR) or similar fields

Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures

Experience with personnel management

Knowledge of employee benefits administration

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
