Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern at SEMS Welfare Foundation. The intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies, employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in HR policies and employee benefits
Personnel Management knowledge
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
