Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Podar Education Network. This is a fresher-level position based in Parel, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the HR field. With a work experience requirement ranging from 0 to 1 year, this internship is perfect for enthusiastic graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic educational environment. The internship is designed to provide foundational HR knowledge and skills.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must be a graduate with an understanding of basic HR principles.
  • Should be tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to various HR software and technology platforms.
  • Possess excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and management.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and screening resumes.
  • Provide support in the onboarding process by preparing documentation and organizing introductory sessions.
  • Help maintain employee records and ensure that all HR databases are updated accurately.
  • Support HR team in organizing training and professional development workshops.
  • Participate in meetings and provide assistance with daily HR administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects that foster a productive working environment.
  • Facilitate communication between employees and management to help address queries and concerns.
  • Assist with the coordination of employee engagement and cultural activities.
