What You’ll Do

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening & coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding, induction & employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records, attendance & documentation
• Coordinate and assist in client meetings and client management activities
• Help plan and execute internal events & culture initiatives
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth HR & client communication flow

What We’re Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skills
• Confident in handling client interactions and professional correspondence
• Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace

• Must be able to commute daily to Behala Flying Club
