Role Description

The Human Resources (HR) Intern will support and manage various HR-related projects and day-to-day activities. Responsibilities include assisting in drafting and updating HR policies, coordinating employee benefits programs, and providing administrative support in personnel management. The role also involves contributing to HR management initiatives and ensuring smooth communication between team members. This is a remote internship, offering hands-on experience in nonprofit human resources.Stripend : NO

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or understanding of Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a virtual and collaborative environment
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience or interest in the nonprofit or education sector is a plus
