AVA Technology is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and gain exposure to key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and documentation. This internship is well-suited for individuals who are beginning their HR career and want practical experience in a structured, team-oriented setting.

Role Overview

As part of the HR team, the intern will assist with routine HR tasks, contribute to ongoing initiatives, and learn how HR practices support the wider organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process, including sourcing profiles, screening applicants, and coordinating interview schedules.
• Assist in planning and executing internal engagement activities and team events.
• Help maintain HR records, including attendance, employee details, and performance-related data.
• Participate in onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
• Draft basic HR-related documents, reports, and policy notes as guided by the team.
• Conduct simple research on HR tools, practices, and industry trends.
• Communicate with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders professionally.

Who We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Basic understanding of HR concepts and familiarity with office tools such as Excel or Google Workspace.
• Creative mindset with an interest in people-focused initiatives.
