About the Internship:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resource Interns to join our team remotely for a 45 to 60-day internship. This opportunity will provide you with practical exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and online presence management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

- Coordinate interview scheduling and follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.

- Support onboarding processes including documentation and HR system updates.

- Help manage and update HR records, spreadsheets, and trackers.

- Help in enhancing company's online Reputation

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be available for full time 10:00 am -05:30 pm
• Must have laptop or computer
