This role is ideal for students or freshers who want practical experience and a strong foundation to start their career in HR. You will work closely with our HR team and gain real exposure to professional HR processes.

Duration: 3 Months (Unpaid)

Start Date: Immediate

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling

Reach out to candidates via email, WhatsApp, or calls

Maintain candidate databases and tracking sheets

Support onboarding and document verification

Draft HR letters, reports, and internal communication

Help plan employee engagement activities

Manage HR administrative tasks like scheduling and follow-ups
