Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR intern to join our team for 3 months internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in recruitment process, including posting job offerings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
3. Help maintain HR records including employee files, attendance records, and other documentations.
4. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing virtual events and activities.
5. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. A keen interest in HR practices and willingness to learn.
