𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth of our company.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

● Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

● Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

● Help maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other

documentation.

● Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing virtual events

and activities.

● Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

● Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

● Currently pursuing or recently complete a degree.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● A keen interest in HR practices and willingness to learn.
