Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Indore. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining employee records. Additional responsibilities may include helping with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
• Previous internship experience in HR is advantageous
