We are a fast-growing insurance broking firm, committed to delivering best-in-class insurance solutions to our customers across Life, Health, and General insurance segments. Our people are our strength, and we are looking for dynamic HR Interns to support our recruitment and onboarding efforts.

Role Overview:

Recruitment HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through various job portals (Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs), social media (LinkedIn), internal referrals, and campus channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess fitment based on role requirements.
  • Maintain and update the candidate tracker on a daily basis.

Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Share interview feedback and ensure timely follow-up.

Documentation & Onboarding

  • Coordinate collection of pre-joining documents from selected candidates.
  • Assist in generating offer letters and ensuring onboarding formalities are completed.
  • Welcome new joiners and support their Day 1 induction activities.

MIS & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment and onboarding dashboards.
  • Share weekly updates with the HR team on sourcing progress, interview pipeline, and joining status.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email communication.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
