𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Help maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing virtual events and activities.
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

• Currently pursuing or recently complete a degree. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A keen interest in HR practices and willingness to learn.
