Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in the Greater Kolkata Area at Spark IIT. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Knowledge of HR policies and implementation
• Experience in managing employee benefits
• Personnel Management skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Understanding of labor laws and regulations is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or related field
