Role Description

This is an internship role for a Human Resources Intern located on-site in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Human Resources Intern will assist the HR team with various tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, and organizing company events. The intern will also help with employee engagement activities, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
