Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Chennai. The intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations such as implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and providing support in personnel management. The intern will also be involved in HR management tasks and various other activities aimed at supporting the HR team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience or familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take initiative
• Relevant coursework or internship experience in HR is beneficial
• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
