Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Trivandrum. The intern will assist with daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and policy development. Responsibilities will include working on HR strategies, coordinating employee onboarding and benefits programs, and providing support in personnel management activities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruitment and employee management.
• Understanding of HR Management practices, HR Policies, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management concepts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and handle confidential information with integrity.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
