Position: HR Intern

Duration: 1 Month (Unpaid Internship)

About the Internship:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 1-month unpaid internship . This opportunity is ideal for students or freshers who want to gain real-world HR experience in a fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals and LinkedIn
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with shortlisted candidates
  • Maintain and update HR records and internal databases
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions, internship letters, and official documents
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute
