Role Description

paid, full-time, on-site internship

major focus will be on recruitment coordination

Day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting the HR team in recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, assisting with payroll and compliance activities, and coordinating with consultants and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in

  Excel

  (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.
• Skills in Personnel Management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Preferred: Final-year students

  pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
