Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Human Resources Intern will assist in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and overseeing personnel management. Day-to-day tasks include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with performance management, and participating in HR projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
