Job Summary


Education Qualification Required: B.E/B.Tech or B.E. + MBA


Role & responsibilities


Assist in Recruitment Process

  • Help post job openings on various platforms.
  • Assist in screening resumes and applications.


Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize social media and job boards to identify potential candidates.
  • Assist in building a candidate pipeline.


Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate interview details to candidates.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Prepare recruitment-related documents and reports.


Candidate Communication:

  • Assist in communicating with candidates regarding their application status.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Perks and benefits

Stipend of 10,000/month for 6 months.

Based on performance during the period of 6 months, intern will be converted to permanent Employee.
