Your Role & Responsibilities You’ll play a key role in both HR and business operations by: HR Support : Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination. Admin Management : Maintaining records, handling follow-ups, scheduling, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Cold Calling : Reaching out to potential clients/candidates with professionalism and charm. Research & Reports : Preparing simple data sheets, candidate profiles, and market research notes.
