Create video assets such as short clips, social media reels, product explainers, promo videos, demo videos, etc.
Collaborate with content & marketing teams to understand messaging, style guidelines, and campaign goals.
Add sound design, background music, voice overs, and audio leveling/mixing.
Perform color correction, grading, and visual enhancements to improve the overall aesthetic.
Ensure brand consistency in all video output (fonts, color palette, logo placement, etc.).
Manage and maintain organized project files, export pipelines, and backups.
Iterate based on feedback, manage multiple video projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Stay updated on video trends, formats for social platforms, and new techniques/tools.

Qualifications & Skills
Must Haves:

Proven experience (2+ years preferred) as a video editor or motion graphics designer, with strong portfolio/demos.
Proficiency in
Adobe Premiere Pro
and
After Effects
.
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, visual composition, and pacing.
Experience in animation beyond templates (keyframing, expressions, motion graphics).
Good audio editing basics (mixing, leveling, sound design).
Skills in color correction and grading.
Ability to work with creative direction and feedback, iterate fast.
Attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
