Job Description

Salary: 18k to 22k

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize product demos through online sessions for both internal and

external generated leads.

  • Provide face-to-face product demonstrations on a case-to-case basis when required.
  • Follow up with free-tier users, provide suitable plan recommendations, and convert

them into paid subscription customers.

  • Coordinate with the development team by sharing customer feedback and

supporting product enhancement initiatives..

  • Support the marketing team in positioning and promoting the product in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting

structures..

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 02 years of experience in software sales, healthcare sales, or customer relations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good command of English and Malayalam.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools and online demo platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
