Job Description


Key Responsibilities● Schedule and organize product demos through online sessions for both internal andexternal generated leads.● Provide face-to-face product demonstrations on a case-to-case basis when required.● Follow up with free-tier users, provide suitable plan recommendations, and convertthem into paid subscription customers.● Coordinate with the development team by sharing customer feedback andsupporting product enhancement initiatives..● Support the marketing team in positioning and promoting the product in the market.● Maintain accurate records and adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly reportingstructures..Required Skills & Qualifications● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).● 0–2 years of experience in software sales, healthcare sales, or customer relations.● Excellent communication and presentation skills.● Good command of English and Malayalam.● Basic understanding of CRM tools and online demo platforms.● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
