Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will assist with a variety of HR tasks including the development and implementation of HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management. Daily tasks will involve coordinating HR activities, handling employee relations, and helping in the recruitment process. The intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience with Employee Benefits management
• Skills in Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
• Experience in a similar role or internship is a plus
