Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist in HR tasks, including managing HR policies, administering employee benefits, and helping with personnel management. Daily tasks involve supporting HR functions, maintaining employee records, and participating in HR projects to enhance the overall HR experience within the company.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Experience or interest in Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practices is a plus
