Position Summary:

Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support the implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment of the

  Workday Learning module

  .
• Partner with HR, L&D, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customise Workday Learning to support training initiatives, including courses, curricula, certifications, and campaigns.
• Manage and maintain Learning module data, user access, security roles, and permissions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday Learning and related integrations.
• Perform system testing and validation for enhancements, releases, and patches.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate system performance and suggest optimisations for improved user experience.
• Stay updated with Workday’s roadmap and recommend adoption of new features or best practices.
• Work closely with Workday support and third-party vendors to resolve issues and implement changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  working with

  Workday HCM

  , with at least

  1–2 years of hands-on experience

  in the

  Learning module

  .
• Proven track record in Workday Learning implementation, configuration, and/or optimisation.
• Strong understanding of instructional design concepts and how they translate into Workday Learning.
• Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, xAPI formats, and course publishing tools like Articulate or Captivate is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Workday certification in Learning (preferred, not required).
