As an HR intern at Transven Consulting Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while working closely with our dynamic team. Your role will involve assisting with various HR functions and projects to support the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assisting with recruitment processes such as candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Managing employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Supporting HR staff in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records and databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Assisting with performance management processes by collecting and analyzing feedback data.
  • Providing administrative support for HR initiatives, events, and meetings as needed.
  • Collaborating with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR function.
