🎯 We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in key functions such as onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and vendor management. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding Support
  

Assist in coordinating pre-joining formalities and documentation.
Schedule induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.

• Training Coordination
  

Support in organizing training sessions (virtual/in-person).
Track attendance and feedback for training programs.Assist in maintaining training calendars and reports.

• Employee Engagement
  

Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Collect feedback and suggest ideas to improve employee morale and participation.Support internal communication initiatives.

• Vendor Management
  

Coordinate with external vendors for training, events, and other HR services.Track vendor performance and maintain documentation.Assist in processing invoices and payments.

🎓 Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.📩 Interested?
