This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Support Assist in coordinating pre-joining formalities and documentation. Schedule induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems. Training Coordination Support in organizing training sessions (virtual/in-person). Track attendance and feedback for training programs. Assist in maintaining training calendars and reports. Employee Engagement Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Collect feedback and suggest ideas to improve employee morale and participation. Support internal communication initiatives. Vendor Management Coordinate with external vendors for training, events, and other HR services. Track vendor performance and maintain documentation. Assist in processing invoices and payments. 🎓 Requirements Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
