Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Talent Acquisition & Hiring:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Foster a positive and performance-driven work culture.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll inputs, and leave management.
Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance.

Performance & Development

Assist in setting up appraisal processes, feedback sessions, and training programs.
Support managers in identifying skill gaps and planning learning initiatives.

Strategic HR Projects

Support leadership in scaling HR processes as Vypzee grows.
Drive initiatives around diversity, retention, and employer branding.
