Human Resources (HR) Internship in Delhi

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) intern to join our team at Discover Matrix. As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources while utilizing your skills in MS-Word, MS-Office, and English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support HR team in conducting new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Support HR team in handling employee relations issues and conflict resolution.
• Help with drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
